Barn assembly, There are three sheets and all are needed to put the barn together properly. I use glue sticks with good luck. First assemble the walls, then take a little time for the glue of your choice to set. There are two rectangular braces that you should think of as a floor and a ceiling. When properly installed they make the barn very rigid. Then install the smaller braces in the roof area. The longest is vertical following the center of the roof. Then there are two identical braces, these should follow the slope of the roof and be flush. There are also free standing tabs on the main barn sheet for the lower barn roof and barn wall which should also be flush. Refer to the phot included as the short barn should show this structure. Take your time to get this right. The roof itself is the most critical and difficult part of the assembly. Get it wrong and you may be printing a new building. (Or at least a roof and more tabs) The roof is too long. I fold it at the bend in the roof and then cut it too length. That lets the bend be where it darkens/changes to a new sheet. Since there is a top cover included the roofing can stop short. (Like six scale inches!!) The bottom should be 1-2 scale feet long and be bent into a shallow curve to follow the prototype. Again, see the photo. Bending the top cover piece, and the “gutter curve” at the bottom was difficult. Getting it right made the barn work. I used some needle nose pliers but will not claim that is the best. Good luck! This barn can be sooo Cool!
