Okay, just installed Model Builder and when I go to start it it tells me it cannot find Shape Viewer. Where or what is this? How can I find it?

If I am persistent in the cancelling of it the program does launch, but am I missing something?

Hi
Thanks for contacting us. Do you have the program Shape Viewer installed on your computer? We have never heard of this error. You get this "cannot find" error when you double-click the Model builder icon on your desktop?

It may be that Model Builder and Shape Viewer share a resource, we do not know of that program we will need to research it. What is your operating system and what is your Model Builder version number?

Shape Viewer is a program used by MSTS (Microsoft Train Sim) utilities. This may be the problem. If installed it should show in the add/remove program lists.
