Re: Window Designer

Johan,
Try maximizing the window that Window Designer is using.
If you aren't sure how to do this, one way of doing so is by double clicking on the Title Bar of the Window.
Another way is to right mouse click on the Window Designer's Icon in the Windows Taskbar and choosing the Maximize menu option

Re: err code and empty menus

Dennis, Model Builder works fine on Windows 8, A large percentage of Model Builder customer's run Windows 8. You did not indicate it you upgraded widows or did a new install. If you are missing palettes it is because the palettes did not get registered by Windows during the install. I suggest re-ins...

Re: Nudge Amount

Adjusting the nudge amount is done in the settings dialog. After adjusting the nudge amount is saved to your computer to allow it to be retrieved each time you use Model Builder. If you do not notice that changes to the nudge amount work then I think maybe you do not have the latest update. A few up...

Re: Curved Roofs

Ron, To make the curved roof on service garage I cut a piece of chipboard to size. With chipboard, it bends well in one orientation. I spread glue across the whole chipboard section and affixed the printed Model Builder texture. Quickly while the glue was still wet I bent the chipboard into the curv...

Re: Trouble downloading files

Yes, as we said it was unrelated to the download. It is a missing utility on your computer.
Are you familiar with System Restore? Possibly you can restore to the point before the error occurred. That might help!

Re: Trouble downloading files

The error you describe relates to a faulty Microsoft utility on your computer and I think it is just coincidence that it occurred prior to your opening another file. Try running the Model Builder update on Model Builder page of our website. The update will try to fix the utility. Here is a link to t...

Re: printer output is not scaled correctly

Can you attach a file please? Sometimes it helps to see if we can duplicate If I understand correctly, you have: 1) selected a scale 2)built a project without resizing the materials as they drop onto the screen. 3) checked Units>Actual Feet and seen that all is well 4) printed and the print out does...
