Montgomery Ward brick store
I built a MW store, based on the one that was demolished in my city years ago. I got my first Cub Scouts uniform there. The store was ancient, it had creaky wood floors and the lighting was terrible. There were the old time ceiling fans rotating slow on the tall ceiling. It was always hot in that st...

Re: Update?
Thanks Evande! I have a friend who develops software and he's a very busy guy. It's a lot of trial and error to get things to work right. I appreciate the hard work you're doing, MB is great software! I'm looking forward to seeing what you have in store for the future of MB. This software came aroun...

Update?
It's been a while since the last update, I was wondering if there are any plans for an update in the near future? We've talked about a rotate option and a few other things. I'm still going strong making buildings and loving the software. I only have another 30-50 more buildings to make yet. It may t...

Marcus' Billiard Hall
This is a cool building, the only problem is the roof lines. The roof can be a little bit of a pickle, but if I did it, you can do it too. I have included some instructions in the file and in the picture included with the file on the upload page. When putting in the gables on either side of the smal...

Sarge's Army & Navy Supply
Sarge's is on the Community MB4 Files page. Putting the dormer on the back side is a little tricky. I had to trim off part of the addition wall so the door on the dormer is level with the roof of the addition. I make plenty of roofing so there's more than enough for the project. The "Sarge's" signs ...

Updated images site
Hello everyone, I've updated the "Model Builder Pieces" website . For those who don't know about it, I made a simple website with several importable gif's and jpg's for the model builder software. Most of the images are from salvaged old buildings. Here is the link: http://gazerm42.blackapplehost.co...

Re: My First Try
It looks good tread! I'm gonna download it for my N Scale layout. I have to make about 50-60 more buildings for my lay out. I appreciate all the modelers uploading their creations.
Thanks,

Re: Tell us about your modeling interests!
Currently I'm working on an N Scale model railroad. I'm trying to model it after a certain section of my own city. Back in the 40's-70's The Illinois Central RR ran on through the city of Kankakee, Il. The street running parallel to the tracks was South East Ave. It was lined with 2-4 storey, mostly...

Putting together the buildings
I would like to know specifically how other modelers are putting their buildings together. I use two sided tape to attach the printed building to card stock, which is usually cereal boxes. That works well for me. I've also learned to lay out the buildings with the edges of the different sides close...
