I have been using Advertiser to letter my own paper sides for railroad cars Heres how I do it First I find a drawing of a car that I like on the net or that I scan in I import this into MS paint and use this tool to color the car Then I save the colored car and import this into ModelBuilder and use the utilities to scale the image then I add text with the Advertiser I find it very enjoyable to design my own railroad cars with this method These car sides can be printed on card stock and glued to an inexpensive models like was done in the 50s and 60s for some very unique railroad equipment If anybody would like to see samples of my work and a detailed outline of how I do this Please contact me direct I can see this becoming a micro hobby in itself exchanging car sides with others over the net PAUL
