Seems like a good project! I found this "exploded view" of a container that can be used to work from as you assemble your own containers.
Model Builder has a pallet of industrial siding which can be used for the sides/front/back of the container. There is a wood pallet for the flooring (if this will be visible)
You can either make the framing out of styrene painted to match the container, or import images of the framing and print them out.
