can I change color of item so as not repetitive colors in a row? i.e. on a store front the wood is brown, can I change the color to say red wooden framing around doors and windows.

sort of like your other question.... you can layer things. Layer door on top of door, or make a frame from another material.

please help, example, "storefront" has brown beam over doors/windows and dark brown below windows, what procedure if any can I change color to say red?
