finished 2 other program updates!
The all new Advertiser is the biggie. It has over 200 ads with editable text. We collected ads, hand-deleted the text then put it back in being faithful to the original as possible. So with the text editor you can make funny or strange signs "skippy gear" "wench's wrenches" "I.M.Shakey bank"
or put your names on signs (there is even a wanted sign). Or make building signs.

We have updated Model Builder to allow the Advertiser signs and Text editor to show up right in Model Builder. Always wanted to have text and signs right inside Model Builder? Well now you can!
Maybe a good way to use that $5 discount you get when you upload a file.
Another update was to Window Designer. It now has 50 interiors in it. AND you can import a Model builder file (mb4) that has windows into Window Designer. From there you can see your window outlines laid out and ready to add clipart, window blinds / shades or Interiors. Window Designer page on the website has not been updated to show the new features but you can read about that program here:
