Fast Fred, when I downloaded the hospital, I noted that there were no entry doors. There were several empty blocks however. Perhaps that was where you had put some doors that did not download. I also noted that the windows were not distributed evenly. After pieces are put on the screen, you can modify them to be exactly the same. Just select and enter numeric values in the input boxes in the upper left of the screen.

a quicker way to line up a lot of windows is with Arrange> Align Selected
First hold down shift and click to select each window. We have a video on align and distribute http://evandesignsmodelbuilder.com/tutorials.php video #8 on that page.

Downloaded the Hospital I see the entry doors as coming from the Storefront palette, not imported. Not sure why the doors did not appear for you. I looked back in time, I think you had "vanishing" things back in March, hope it is not returning!
Here is the update to 1.7.10:

Attached is my download. Double checked and empty block still shows "storefront #15." How many storefronts should be available?

I did not see the "add file" button. This mail has it added.

When I opened Model builder I found that there are 15 textures in the storefront palette.
If you have 14 this may have been due to a slight difference during a software built. So the fact that you have 14 and not 15 in this palette is not a major problem.
