Plug-Ins

I have had the following programs for quite some time but only now can I start working with it:
Model Builder (downloaded)
The Brickyard (downloaded)
Window Designer (downloaded)
The Advertiser (CD)
I am new to these kind of programs and will probably ask a lot of questions.
My first problem is that I can not find any Plug-Ins in my Model Builder Pallette after Paper Tools. What must I do to get The Brickyard, Window Designer and The Advertiser as Plug-Ins in the Model Builder program?
I have some more questions but first need to solve this problem.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks and regards.

They must be in the same folder in order to be available as plug-ins.
If you have had them for some time, go to the main site:
http://www.modeltrainsoftware.com/
and type "update" in the search box and verify you have the latest.
There are tutorial videos on this site:
http://evandesignsmodelbuilder.com/tutorials.php
we recommend you watch all of them, both pages.

Thanks for your reply.
I have now re-installed all four programs and saved it in the same folder. It seems as if the plug-ins are now available in Model Builder.
However when I want to open Model Builder I get the following error message twice before Model Builder opens:
Error in form:frmSetup,Routine:Load Desc: Unrecognized database format 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Evans Designs\FileIQ\MBDef.mb2'.No3343
Once I have opened Model Builder I can select from the Palette but can not drop the selected item onto the work screen. I do not experience the same problems with The Brickyard or The Advertiser.
Hope you can help.
Thanks and regards.

Johan,
Likely moving things around caused the trouble.
In your message you indicated that the error message indicates a problem with file "MBDef.mb2"
There should be another copy of this file in folder "C:\Program Files\Evan Designs\", if you computer is 64 bit this backup file is located in
"C:\Program Files (x86)\"
To fix the problem first make sure that you close Model Builder
Copy the file from "C:\Program Files\Evan Designs\ to the folder identified by the error message
If you are asked if its OK to replace the existing file choose YES.
If you have trouble locating the folder just paste this into the Start menu: C:\Program Files
this will open the folder
let me know how you make out.
