I successfully uploaded a project last week but have been trying for the last two days and the site says that it is uploading but then the upload screen stays there , the file names disappear but the descriptions remain and nothing has uploaded to the site. I have put an mb4 file N_Apartment_Bldg 874k, a jpg file N_Apartment_Bldg 673k and a notes file N_Apartment_Bldg_SS 2k. Short description - Apartment Building, Long description - 3 storey apartment building with depressed roof and parapet.

We are very sorry you ran into this! I know the first time around you were able to upload the project just fine. So it isn't something like a user permission. I checked the back end, your file does not show up as needing approval.
Offhand, I recall that files have to be below a maximum size, could that possibly be the issue? Could you create a small project and try uploading it? Just to make sure it is not your user permissions? If the small/quick project goes ok, we will have to check the max file sizes and see if we can increase them.

Thanks. I will try a smaller file and see if that goes OK. The sizes are noted in the first submission and they are all well below the maximums listed on the upload page.

We did a series of upload tests. We found that with one of our computers we had a problem uploading a file.
We then used another web browser on that computer and the upload went through fine.
On other computers we tried, files uploaded fine.
We brought this to the attention of the person who implemented the forum and they could not find an issue.
We suggest trying to upload your file using another web browser if you have one.
If you still have problems you can use the "Upload attachment" button at the bottom of this page and we can upload the file(s) for you.
