I downloaded one building from this site with no issues. Now when I try to download any other buildings I get this message "Runtime error "438" Object doesn't support this property or method"

The error you describe relates to a faulty Microsoft utility on your computer and I think it is just coincidence that it occurred prior to your opening another file.
Try running the Model Builder update on Model Builder page of our website. The update will try to fix the utility.
Here is a link to the update. http://www.modeltrainsoftware.com/modelbuilder.html

Thank you for your timely response. I downloaded the update. Now I get the same error message when I try to open the model builder software. Do I need to reinstall the entire program or do you have another suggestion. Thank you

Yes, as we said it was unrelated to the download. It is a missing utility on your computer.
Are you familiar with System Restore? Possibly you can restore to the point before the error occurred. That might help!
