I was using the Model Builder software last night and it worked as usual. This morning it is not. It gives the error message "Run Time Error 438" also states "Object doesn't support this property or method". I reinstalled it, but it made no difference. I also restarted my computer, nothing. Now, if I uninstall the program and reinstall it, will I need to re-register it or does it retain the previous registration. Thanks

As you can see, I never got a reply from him. I had to figure this out on my own. Can't remember exactly what I did now, but I will search some of my emails, cause if I remember right I sent one to him about what I did to make it function correctly. This program really needs an update.

Just talked to them. They are sending me an older version of the program that is supposed to work. Will see how it goes.
