I have downloaded the Bank.MB4 several times. When Ioad in Model Builder it lacks much detail that is shown in the jpg image. Whats going on?

have you the latest version? Version 1.6.6 is able to show imported images. I believe there are imported images in that file.

I opened the file myself and you are right.
After analyzing the file I saw that the majority of the images are imported .gif format. Model Builder currently only embeds .jpg and .bmp and .wmf and dxf. for sharing.
We are working on .gif embed for the next release. When the new release comes out, some of the files (like the bank) will need to be re-submitted.
